Alright guys I’m finally back with the rest of my San Diego Comic-Con Rundown, Sorry it took so long but work and taking care of a sick wife gobbled up a lot of my time recently.

Okay so San Diego this year was a real learning experience. I Sat with my Good Friend Jon Lewis at the KomicWerks Booth, I took on several con Commissions and Sketch card commissions, and Mostly helped Jon sell pre-orders for “The Mysterious Journal of J.S.Lewis” (in which i have several pieces of art). Jon had some sneak peek pages from the book on hand so it was awesome to see how the book will look….brilliant stuff with TONS of great artists involved.

Had a whole crew of very close local friends come out this year and we all had a blast…got totally childish (when we weren’t totally exhausted) and had a lot of fun. We shared a really nice Suite and a lot of late night stupid fun.

Also had a chance to stand in at “The Graves” signing at the After Dark Horrorfest booth, it was seriously trippy to see the Graves trailer playing with Me on screen amid the Con’s madness. Tony Parker also joined us, Tony provided some story boarding and concept design for the movie not to mention he’s one of my best friends so it was all kinds of fun. the Horrorfest Scream Queen Victoria Tim ( Victim…get it?) was a real character, I think my wife developed a crush on her. Caught up with the oh so laid back Tony Todd and Bill Moseley and had a chance to give them the original sketch cards i produced for their characters. It was pretty cool.

the Hollywood aspect of San Diego dominated the nightlife this year, I’m really not one for Hollywood parties…more of a beer and pretzels guy…but the girls really wanted to go out so Saturday night we all went out to Tyrese Gibson’s “Mayhem” party at the Stingaree and then by the Syfy Entertainment weekly party across the street…weird night, I still prefer beer and pretzels.

But now I’m back and back at work and I will have some announcements coming up really soon about future appearances and new projects so hold onto yer butts.
