Don’t know about you guys but that whole “bad luck” on Friday the 13th deal…never the case for me *knocks on wood* *throws salt over shoulder* *sacrifices virgin* And this one is going to Rock. but first a little explanation is in order…

…My introduction to Horror movies as a kid was “Friday the 13th part III” in 3D no less, it was part of a double feature that the Drive-In’s played there in Michigan. My parents would take us to see the main feature usually a family film, then after the intermission My brothers and i were asleep so my parents stuck around for the good ole Horror flicks they always had for the second feature. But i was 5 years old and totally excited for 3D! faking to be asleep my parents stayed to watch and I in turn watched the movie too….it scared the living piss outta me naturally, but I was hooked. At first I was obsessed with the “Friday the 13th” movies like they were the ONLY horror movies and luckily for me One of my childhood friends Jennifer Flachs, daughter of the only video rental Store owners in town ( tiny town in rural Michigan) and the store happened to be on the way home from school… everyday my brother’s, cousins and myself watched Horror movies and especially Friday the 13th movies everyday for at least three years…so yeah Big fat jason/Friday fan right here, and typically I really dont care for Remake movies but a couple years ago i came across that Texas Chainsaw remake on DVD, only 5$ so I had to pick it up…i was pleasantly surprised by how well it was done, it was the perfect matured version of Horror that I fell in love with as a kid. So when i heard of the Friday remake I got excited and its the same director from the Texas Chainsaw remake so its got me.

And as excited as i am to see the Friday remake it got even better…my Friend Brian Pulido creator of Evil Ernie, Lady Death and Chaos Comics as well as the director of the new Horror flick “the Graves” invited me out to see the new “Friday” with Him and his entourage ( he’s gonna give me shit for using that word just watch ;). So good Horror Movie a Huge gathering of good friends and of course Drinking afterwards, I’m going to have fun this Particular Friday the 13th!

Oh…and Valentines is Saturday. Luckily I have a really laid back Wife who could care less for such a frivolous Holiday ( our Anniversary is Feb. 20th so why bother with Valentines) But i know some gluttons for punishment…er…I mean people love ( no pun intended) the holiday so below is my little valentine/Friday the 13th Holiday greetings…
